6. Ukulungiswa kwe-Glacial Acetic Reagent yebanga:
Isixazululo se-0.1 N Sodium Hypobromite (NaBrO): Engeza u-2.8 ml we-bromine ku-500 ml wamanzi. Engeza u-100 ml we-2 N NaOH bese uvuselela kuze kuncibilike. Xuba ngamanzi ku-1000 ml ukuze uthole isisombululo se-0.1 N NaBrO.
